Portfolio Plans

Styczynski Walker & Associates has an extensive library of portfolio plans to be used as an economical alternative to obtain semi-custom home plans. Portfolio plans can be customized for the individual's needs, and adjusted for the local codes and site conditions. There are restrictions to the use of certain plans if they have been already built in the same geographic area. In this case, we require that the plan and elevations be adjusted to differentiate it from the previous house.
