Details are also what turn a house into the place that you will call home. A custom home should be a reflection of the person who will live there. Our design services are tailored to the needs of our individual clients:
Builder Plans
This fundamental level of service provides architectural plans with all the essential information needed to obtain a building permit to build your house, designed for the needs of a builder or client with a tight budget.
Custom Plans
This level of service typically involves developing plans from the client’s wish list for a specific site. During numerous client meetings a layout will be developed to meet the individual needs and desires of the client, including multiple interior and exterior elevations. Limited selections and specifications are also provided as part of this level of service.
Premium Architectural Services
For the discerning client, we also provide a Premium level of service, which incorporates all the features of a custom plan with a superior level of detail, including cost estimating and the services of various consultants, such as the interior designer and A/V expert. A photo-realistic 3-D rendering is also provided as part of the services provided. The objective of the Premium Architectural Services is to provide a fully detailed set of plans with custom selections and specifications that can then be used to obtain well-qualified bids from general contractors.
Commercial
Styczynski Walker & Associates provides design services for a range of commercial projects, from relatively small projects such as tenant plans to more complex projects, such as restaurants, auto dealerships, ice arenas and multi-story office buildings. Our design flexibility allows us to provide the optimum solution for your commercial project.
Multi-Family
Styczynski Walker & Associates provides services for the multi-family market, including town homes and condominium buildings. Projects include in-town infill sites as well as more open, suburban settings. Each project benefits from our custom residential background to convey a unique character, from brick row-houses to high-style Victorian, that maximize appeal for the target buyer.
Additions/Renovations
The goal in designing an addition or renovation for an existing home, is to update the home while integrating the new and old into a beautiful home. This process of renovating the existing home can involve as little as simply re-facing the front elevation to provide more curb appeal, or as much as adding a second story and totally gutting the first floor for a much more livable layout. Our objective is for the addition to blend invisibly into the finished product and transform the living environment to meet the client’s needs.
