After winning a Gold Key award from the HBAGC (Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago) for our first Demonstration Home, SWA decided to launch Lifestyle Custom Homes by SWA to demonstrate our design-build capability. This new home will be part of the Chicago Luxury Home Tour in September, and will also be used by the Custom Builders Council of the HBAGC to demonstrate how to meet the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Green Building Guidelines.
